It's important to keep the ball rolling by moving the hips and to shoulder press vertically. If one leans too far forward, over a vertical line, the person is subject to being uprooted, thrown or misdirected.

Using the gymnastics ball with a person rather than a flexible wall is much more challenging. Issues such as timing, rooting, sensing, power (not force!) become much more interesting.
